Reference Guide - Healthy Harvest Maze Game

Children will pick the following fruits and vegetables while playing the Healthy Harvest maze game.

Each fruit or vegetable will provide one healthy message about fruits or vegetables, and the amount of calories and fat found in a serving.  This is to help children see that fruits and vegetables are low in calories and fat.
