Blueberry Brainiac Smoothie

Healthy Snack that is great for after work outs


  • Blueberries. Fresh 1 cup
  • Flax Seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Hemp Seeds 2 tablespoons
  • Ice 1/2 cup
  • vanilla soy milk 1 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Banana 1 each



Combine milk, water, banana, blueberries, hemp seeds, flax seeds and ice in a blender. Blend for 30-60 seconds or until smooth.

Pour into 2 glasses of equal portions. Enjoy!
