Sesame Noodles with Fresh Vegetables

A new a delicious dinner to try with the whole family


  • Spaghetti, dry 8 ounces
  • Peanut butter 2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable broth 1/2 cup
  • Soy sauce 2 tablespoon
  • Garlic, minced 3 cloves
  • Red bell pepper, chopped 1
  • Carrot, chopped 1
  • Green onions (scallions), chopped 2
  • Cilantro, chopped 1/2 cup
  • Dash of hot sauce (optional)
  • Cucumber, sliced 1/2 cup


Adults: Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until just done. Rinse, drain, set aside.
Kids: In a large bowl, combine peanut butter, broth, soy sauce, garlic. Mix well.
Kids: Add pasta, chopped red pepper, carrot, scallion, and cilantro and optional hot pepper sauce; toss to combine.
Kids: Chill. Garnish with sliced cucumber.
