Healthy Monday-Get outdoors and shake the winter blues!

Feeling blah with winter blues? Shake off the cold and dark of winter doldrums and brighten your mood. Bundle up and head outdoors with the kids, especially on sunny days. Also, socialize by getting outside to walk, ski, and/or ice skate as a family. A brisk walk with shared laughter boosts health and spirits!

I find it that i feel better if i go take a walk with my dog. Just to get out there and get some fresh air cures just about anything
