List of Tips To Promote Healthy Food Choices At the Grocery Store
- Make a shopping list of all the foods you need and have your kids help.
- Look for the words "100% whole" when buying whole wheat or whole grains.

- Have your children find as many different colors of vegetables in the grocery store.
