Breakfast Tortilla Wrap

A tasty and healthy breakfast for everyone to enjoy


  • Green sweet pepper 2 tablespoons
  • Egg White, slightly beaten 2 each
  • Salt, (optional) 1/8 teaspoon
  • Cumin, Ground 1/8 teaspoon
  • Crushed Red Pepper, (optional) 1/8 teaspoon
  • Tomatoes, Chopped 2 tablespoons
  • Whole Wheat Flour Tortillas, 8 inch, warmed - 1 each
  • Meatless breakfast sausage patty 1 each


Adults: Few dashes bottled hot pepper sauce (optional). Egg whites can be replaced with 1/4 cup egg product.
Adults: In a medium nonstick skillet cook sausage until crisp.
Adults: Add green pepper, cumin, and salt and crushed red pepper, if desired. Cook for 3 minutes.
Adults: Add egg whites or egg product; cook for 2 minutes. Stir in tomato and hot pepper sauce, if desired.
Together: Spoon onto tortilla and roll up.
