You can use store bought canned Lowfat Turkey Broth
Measure 4 Cups Turkey broth and put into a large saucepan
In a bowl -measure and mix cornstarch and water
Chop the Spanish Onion
Slowly add and keep stirring as you add the cornstarch and water mixture to the broth in saucepan
Add Spanish Onion
Season with Thyme, salt and pepper.
Pour warm gravy into a gravy dish and enjoy!
