Pineapple-Strawberry Smoothie

 
Easy to make breakfast drink that will motivate you for the rest of your day.
 

Ingredients

 
  • Pineapple, crushed 1/4 cup
  • Apricot, diced 1 fresh
  • Strawberries 6
  • Banana, frozen 1/2
  • Ice 1 cup
  • Non-fat milk 1/4 cup
  • Flax seed oil 1 tsp
 

Directions

 
Kids:

Blend all ingredients in a blender until completely smooth.

Freeze Banana beforehand.

Pour into 1 tall glass and enjoy.
