Banana Milkshake

A delicious and healthy beverage


  • Banana 1/2 each
  • Nonfat Milk 8 fluid ounces
  • Vanilla Extract 1 teaspoon(s)
  • Cinnamon 1 teaspoon(s)
  • Ice, crushed 1/3 cup(s)


Together: Chop half a banana into slices, place in plastic baggy and freeze overnight.
Kids: Place half banana (now chopped and frozen) into blender.
Kids: Add ice, fat free milk, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Together: Pour into tall glass and sprinkle cinnamon on top Enjoy! Did you know? Choose a ripe banana when making your shake. The nutrients in a banana such as vitamins B and C, potassium and iron are more easily absorbed by the body. Under ripe bananas are hard to digest and can cause an upset stomach.
