This Monday make outdoor eating healthy Choose lean-meats and fat-free hot dogs on whole grain buns.   Add cucumbers, tomatoes and sprouts for crunch, flavor and vitamins.

Kids love outdoor snacks and your tips are great. Well if this is accompanied with some health drink it would be a complete meal plan.
